How do I export my data or delete my account?

Short answer: Both are on the account page in the app: "Export" downloads what we hold about you, and "Delete everything" removes your projects, files and history.

Export

  1. Open the account page.
  2. Choose Export. You get a file with your projects, settings, runs and support tickets.

Delete

  1. On the same page choose Delete everything and confirm.
  2. Your projects, their files, your run history and your tickets are removed. A running job has to finish or be cancelled first.

Before you delete

  • Purchased credits are lost with the account. You are asked to confirm this.
  • A paid subscription is ended at the same time.
  • If you only want to stop paying, choose Downgrade to Free instead: your projects and purchased credits stay.
