VideoPolisher is provided by KuduTek, Inc. ("we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
You upload a recording, script or web address; the service produces edited, narrated and reformatted outputs using automated processing, including AI models from third-party providers. Results depend on your input and the models. We do not guarantee any particular result, and you review and approve the script before narration is produced. You are responsible for checking outputs before you publish them.
Do not use the service to produce content that is unlawful, that infringes someone's rights, that impersonates a real person's voice or likeness without their permission, or that is designed to deceive. Do not attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, with notice where the law allows.
Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may need to contact you about the service at the email on your account.
During early access the service is free, with credits granted on sign-up. When paid plans exist, prices and what they include are shown before you buy; charges for a run are shown before you start it. Payments are handled by Stripe as merchant of record (Stripe Managed Payments), which collects applicable tax and issues invoices. Refunds follow the refund policy shown at purchase.
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may change or withdraw features; where a change removes something you rely on, we give reasonable notice. Third-party providers may change or fail; we will route around them where we can.
You can delete your projects and your account at any time from "Your data" in the app; deletion is immediate and permanent. We can end the service for an account that breaks these terms, or on reasonable notice if we stop offering the service, in which case you may export your data first.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid none. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes go to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
We will post changes here with the date and announce material changes in the app before they take effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
